After all of the drawings, zoning, and permitting is complete and approved of, the construction process will be executed in three distinct phases to ensure systematic progress and adherence to quality standards. The initial phase involves site preparation, which includes clearing, excavation, and grading to establish a stable foundation. Following this, the foundation work will be carried out, including concrete pouring and reinforcement. The final phase focuses on the superstructure, where framing, roofing, and exterior finishing will be completed. Each phase will be meticulously monitored to adhere to safety regulations, project timelines, as well as budgets.

Most projects are completed within 12 months from the breaking of ground, to the handing over of the keys to the owner to take possession. With each specific milestones established to track progress. The first quarter will focus on site preparation and foundational work, while the second quarter will see the completion of structural framing and roofing. The third quarter will involve interior installations and exterior finishes, and the final quarter will be dedicated to inspections, quality assurance, and any necessary adjustments. Regular progress reviews will be conducted to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.
